By accessing or using Thredly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Thredly is an AI-powered marketing software platform that:

  • Monitors public social conversations
  • Analyzes user-provided brand inputs
  • Generates draft responses or promotional content
  • Requires user approval prior to publishing

Thredly does not autonomously publish content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any entity you represent.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring information provided is accurate

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Thredly a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely to provide the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. Thredly makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, legality, or effectiveness.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content generated through the Services and for compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities
  • Violate third-party platform terms
  • Harass, spam, or misrepresent others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services

8. Fees and Payments

Thredly is a software platform and does not provide payment or financial services. All payments are processed by third-party processors, including Stripe.

Payment processing is subject to the processor's terms and policies. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including social media services. Thredly does not control and is not responsible for such platforms.

Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms, and you are solely responsible for compliance.

10. No Affiliation

Thredly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party social platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All Thredly software, branding, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Thredly.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thredly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thredly from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Content you publish
  • Violation of these Terms or third-party rules

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
